The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel. ”
